I can't say enough good things about cacao powder. It has become my new daily superfood. Not only is it a top source of antioxidants, but it contains an abundance of magnesium and iron. Antioxidants are important to our body because they may prevent or delay some types of cell damage.  They are also know as "free radical scavengers". We are excited to announce we will have 2 entrees next week that are low FODMAP compliant. Most of our entrees are compliant except that we use onions and garlic. Not next week in our Vegetable Korma (vegetarian option) and Thai Coconut Chicken. Stop by for samples.

This is my first wellness workshop I am offering for parents. I am a certified L.E.A.N. health coach through Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. This workshop touches upon which foods are best for growing children, easy label reading techniques, which type of fat our bodies need most, and how to make delicious food kids love. Im excited to offer this at our store in Dover.
